Website Design Process

1. Size up the Client and his requirements
   • What does he want?
   • What is he capable of doing himself? Can he master wordpress? Does he know html?
   • What does he want to do himself? Will he search for the right image for an article?
   • How important is the design to him?
     • Noone visits a site because of the colours and noone leaves because of the colours.
   • Identify his misconceptions
2. Think about the site's users
   • What are their questions? Answer them.
   • What are their concerns? Reassure them.
   • What do they want to do? Make it easy.
3. Establish the purpose of the site(Should evolve from 1 and 2)
4. Create a Site Map. How will the pages be organised and navigated?
5. Establish a mood
6. Create a logo and tagline
7. Create a site proof
8. Creating Menu Areas
9. Creating Page Title
10. Check for Page Layout
11. Preparing the Content Text Area
